Every Muscle, Tendon, Ligament, Metabolism, Immune System, Nervous System. It is 100% effective and 100% safe. This is the most potent class on the schedule. Every Posture is Done Twice. We highly recommend this class for beginners.

75 MINUTE CLASS

 

A identical class to our Hot Core 26 90 minute class except some transitional postures are done once and some postures are blended into 1 set. We Offer this Class 11:30am TUESDAY AND THURSDAY

60 MINUTE CLASS
